What is a DHL ServicePoint?

DHL ServicePoints allow online merchants or anyone to easily drop off or send their parcels for nationwide delivery across Thailand. They accept shipments from registered or non-registered customers.

If you are already a registered customer, simply book your parcel through the DHL eCommerce Customer Web Portal and select a DHL ServicePoint near you for drop off – it’s that simple. In case you are selling on any major online marketplaces in Thailand, simply select DHL as your preferred shipping provider.

In case you do not have an account with DHL eCommerce but wish to open one, kindly click here for more information. Alternatively, you may also book your parcel via our new mobile portal or directly at any of our DHL ServicePoints and transact in cash.

DHL ServicePoints operate on a shop-in-shop concept, they could be your regular local cafes, bookstores or even a fashion store.
