  • There is no minimum volume requirements to use our shipping products. We are able to customize pricing around your volume, please feel free to contact us directly.

  • This depends on the shipping product. With most shipping products you can send parcels into over 220 countries. Please talk to one of our Sales contacts for more information.

  • As a DHL eCommerce business customer you will have access to our Customer Web Portal which enables you among other features to track your shipments with a tracking number. Your recipients can track their individual parcels Your recipients can track their individual parcels here. Please be aware that different products include different levels of tracking detail.

    1. Enquiry must be made within 2 months from the date of posting, enquiry sent after 2 months will be rejected and will not be processed
    2. Enquiry on Registered Article should be made only AFTER 21 calendar days from the date of posting
    3. Enquiry received before the 21 calendar days would be disregarded; you would need to submit the request again after 21st calendar day
    4. All information must be filled in accurately. Incomplete forms will not be processed
    5. All postal offices are given up to 3 months from the receipt date of enquiry to investigate and revert on all enquiries raised

  • DHL Packet Plus International:
    Declared value or EUR40 per shipment, whichever is lower

    DHL Parcel International Standard:
    Declared value or EUR40 per shipment, whichever is lower

    DHL Parcel International Direct (Standard):
    Declared value or EUR100 per shipment or EUR25 per kilo,  whichever is lower

    DHL Parcel International Direct (Expedited):
    Declared value or EUR100 per shipment or EUR25 per kilo,  whichever is lower

  • The tax and duty settlement depends on the destination country and on the shipping product you choose. For our Packet International products (Business Packets, Packet Plus, Parcels) the recipient  pays tax and duty upon delivery if they incurred, whereas for Parcel Direct service, tax and duty will be borne by shipper.

  • For Packet International shipments the maximum weight is up to 2 kg, maximum length for each side is 60 cm with length, width and height adding up to 90 cm maximum. Parcel shipments can weigh up to 20 kg with up to 120 cm length, 60 cm width and 60 cm height and girth up to 300 cm. Please see our product overview, to select the right product for your needs.
