Join the International Specialists team through the YIS program

DHL Express Mexico offers you the opportunity to live your first experience within the most International Company. YIS program provide a complete learning process to train to the next generation of leaders. 

The members will have the opportunity to rotate into different areas inside the Company with the objective to have a better comprehension of the Business and inspire the DNA of the International Specialists.

  • YIS program is developed during 1 year and a half to 2 years, in where the members are included into specific Business area and then can rotate into different areas such as: Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, IT, Retail, First Choice (Improvement Program).

    End to end on boarding process
    To start the learning process as International Specialists, the first step is to know the DHL Express core areas: Operations, Sale and Customer Service. Living closely the operation and taking part of the process in voice of the experts. 

    Special projects
    Once concluded the on boarding process every YIS receive a Project with measurable and specific objectives that they need to perform during the next 6 months, with exception of Operation in where the projects are annual. These objectives will be evaluated and based on that will be provided feedback to set the final performance score. The projects are highly recognize and with great impact for the Organization and they have specific metrics and times to provide a closely follow up. 

    Rotation
    The rotation scheme is six months with the exception of a year for operations. The YIS with their tutors choose the areas for which they want to rotate according to their career interests and development opportunities.

    Scholarship
    Our scholarship scheme is based on objectives, every six months we evaluate the performance of YIS to assign a performance rating equivalent to a percentage increase in specific scholarship.

  • In order to apply to our attraction process must comply with the following features

    • Students who are active over a minimum of one year and a half and a maximum of two years to graduate.
    • Bachelor of Engineering and Economic-Administrative´s branch.
    • Public or private universities.
    • Computer skills.
    • No previous experience is required.
    • Minimum 19 years and maximum of 25 years.
  • We are looking for attract the best talent in the market. Our selection dynamics besides being very thorough are a very useful preparation and networking with students from different universities.

    Our announcements are opened every six months in the month of May and October through programayis@dhl.com

    The process is very thorough and seeks to know you better; the steps include online testing and assessment systems in our facilities.
