All of our Programs have different roles & responsibilities, so we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the information regarding each of the Programs. FAQ's: ON THE PROGRAM
-
We have sites up and down the country and many of our graduates are based in various locations across the UK. We place graduates where there are real business needs so where our placements are located is up to our senior managers. The more flexible you are, the more opportunities open to you. We do expect our graduates to be fully flexible on location.
-
We recruit graduates in specific countries to undertake their placements locally, so you will stay in the same country for the full duration of the Program. Our Programs are carefully designed and structured to equip our graduates with the tools, knowledge and skills to operate in the local markets. However, after the Program if an international opportunity is available we encourage our graduates to apply.
-
Our graduates have access to a huge network of people to speak to and get support from. You will have a mentor who will offer careers advice, act as a role model and demonstrate how networking works in practice. We also have a buddy scheme where new graduates are put in contact with current graduates who offer advice on an informal basis around things like relocation, past experiences, and answer any practical questions or concerns. Networking is a key aspect of our business and you will build on this network as you progress your career with us.
-
We guarantee all of our graduate’s permanent positions with the business once they have successfully completed the Program. During the Program we have career development workshops which help support you in this process. Of course by the time you have completed the Program you will have developed a large network of contacts who will be able to support you in the search for your first role.

Currently we are not in a position to sponsor Visa requests. Our policy is clear we require the correct right to work information prior to being able to offer any potential employee and therefore, we have put this as a minimum requirement for candidates to be able to apply to our Programs.
You may however apply for any of our positions via our website at the following address: www.logistics.dhl/global-en/home/careers.html and www.dpdhl.jobs/ as some sectors within the wider DHL business may have different policies.
