What are the first things that pop into your mind when you hear DHL Express? Maybe red & yellow, courier service, vans, packages or airplanes? We certainly hope it’s also: fast, reliable, international network and ecofriendly? Well … starting as of the 22nd of November it’s definitely: unique Pop-Up Store in the heart of Brussels!
Yes, it’s true! DHL Express opens a Pop-Up Store, the very first in Europe. “For a while now we are expanding our network by opening several service points. It’s our way of getting closer to our customer. DHL is still being associated with the business to business market, our Express Easy product aims for the consumers. That’s why we have decided to open our own shop in the centre of Brussels during the end of the year. A place close to the people where they can collect or send their international packages,” says Danny Van Himste, Managing Director.
“An international specialist will be at your service every step of the way and when you step into our store, you step into the wonderful world of DHL. You know the exciting feeling when you ordered a package online and it has arrived? We know that feeling better than anyone and that’s what we’re about”, continues Van Himste.
Together with the opening of the shop, DHL Express launches a competition. If you can guess how many envelopes were used to create the Christmas Tree, you might win an iPhone 7. The competition is open to everyone who pays a visit to the shop.
The DHL Express Pop-Up Store is located in the Rollebeekstraat 17 – 1000 Brussels (close to the ‘Sablon / Zavel’) and will be open daily starting November 22, 2016 until January 14, 2017 (closed on Christmas and New Year). Opening hours are Monday – Friday 10 am – 7 pm, on Saturday 10 am – 6 pm and Sunday 12 am – 6 pm.
